We want you to love your 3INA products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that all makeup products remain unopened, unused, and in their original colorful packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Pack Your Products
Securely place the unused items in their original boxes and include the printed return slip inside the package to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
